Information collected

  • Account information such as name, email address, authentication identifiers, and support communications.
  • Order information including purchased product, amount, currency, payment status, and payment-provider identifiers. Full card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by this application.
  • License information such as license status, download events, MetaTrader account number, broker server, demo/real trade mode, EA version, terminal build, and validation timestamps.
  • Security and technical information normally recorded by hosting, authentication, database, and payment providers, including IP address, device/browser data, and request logs.

How information is used

  • Create accounts, process orders, issue licenses, and deliver releases.
  • Enforce activation limits, prevent abuse, investigate chargebacks, and secure the service.
  • Provide support, communicate material product changes, and meet accounting or legal obligations.
  • Improve reliability using aggregated or minimized operational data.

Service providers

The planned service uses Vercel for application hosting and private files, Neon for PostgreSQL, Clerk for authentication, and Stripe for payments. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy commitments.

Retention and security

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for active licenses, support, fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, and legal obligations. Security measures include encrypted transport, restricted administrative access, encrypted stored license keys, verified payment webhooks, and time-limited release URLs.

Your choices and rights

Depending on location, customers may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export personal information and to object to certain processing. Some order and security records may need to be retained where required by law or legitimate dispute-prevention needs.
