Golden Liquidity legal
Trading risk disclosure
Trading foreign exchange, metals, CFDs, and other leveraged products carries a high risk of loss. Golden Liquidity changes how orders may be analyzed and submitted; it does not remove market risk.
Draft for legal review · Updated 23 July 2026
Loss of capital
Leverage magnifies gains and losses. Market gaps, fast conditions, liquidity changes, spread widening, slippage, rejected orders, and connectivity failures can produce results materially different from an on-chart plan. Losses can exceed the amount anticipated for an individual trade and, depending on the broker and product, may exceed deposited funds.
No promise of performance
Historical testing, demonstrations, screenshots, classifications, risk-to-reward geometry, and past results do not predict future performance. A 1:2 planned risk-to-reward ratio is order geometry, not a probability of success or a limit on realized loss.
Automated execution risk
- Incorrect settings or excessive risk percentage can rapidly increase exposure.
- A VPS, terminal, broker connection, data feed, or licensing interruption may delay or prevent action.
- Broker rules can reject, modify, expire, or fill orders differently from the displayed plan.
- Software defects, platform updates, duplicate terminals, and human intervention can affect positions and orders.
Customer responsibility
Use only risk capital you can afford to lose. Understand the instrument and broker contract, monitor the account, retain independent control of open orders and positions, and use appropriate safeguards. Seek advice from an appropriately licensed professional where needed.
Testing
Run the exact release and settings in MetaTrader 5 Strategy Tester and on a demo account before live use. Testing cannot reproduce every live condition, and successful testing does not guarantee similar live execution.
Acceptance
By enabling manual or automatic execution, the customer acknowledges these risks and accepts responsibility for monitoring and controlling their trading account.
